Many of us face worries of all kinds. We fear getting sick; we fear losing loved ones; we fear the unknowns of our future. And, living as faithful followers of Christ in our world today sometimes only adds to our stress: How can we remain obedient to Jesus when it may hurt our reputation? Cost us a promotion? Or leave us on the margins of our culture? The book of Joshua describes God’s people facing their fears and uncertainties, and reassures us that because we have an even greater Joshua, we can be strong and courageous no matter what we might face.

Sunnyslope Christian Reformed Church’s sermons are expository.  This means, we look at a few verses from the Bible each week and learn what they mean and how they apply to our lives today.  We usually go straight through an entire book of the Bible.
